@Stetson Miller thanks for your response. So just to make sure I understand what you are saying (sorry I'm new to this), ROI is looking more than just cash flow like equity build up and appreciation? And ROI will help compare rental properties to see which is a better investment.

What do you mean by “most of the time you’re going to pay to get that”? (In referring to cash flow)

@Nick Peters what’s the minimum cash flow per door that one should be looking at for multifamily? $100? How about for single family properties?

@Sean Morrison what are the benefits of having an umbrella LLC in Wyoming? (And then each property LLC in their respective state; but all under the Wyoming LLC? I've seen many people do this and wondering what why specifically Wyoming?

@Paul Welden what does that mean choose your lender/contractor carefully? How do you vett them? Especially a lender?
