Finding Investor Real Estate Agents?

What is the best way to go about finding investor real estate agents who also own rental properties? Do you just interview every agent to see if they are also investors or is there some particular place to best find them?

I would check your local RE meetups and events, I've definitely met a lot there. Even BP threads in your local market can help you find some good ones. Do not settle in finding a good one, an agent who can wear an investor hat and help you invest in alignment with your goals is a great asset. Most agents I worked with before getting licensed myself drove me nuts, they prioritized closing the deal than making sure it was a solid investment for me. I figure there to be many others who were investors first, and then eventually got licensed, those are probably your best bets.
