@Dan B. Do you mind sharing the lender who was able to give you 90%LTV?

Are you saying I can get 20% down loan on an investment multi family? If yes, I'd like to get some recommendations.

Hello,

I'm looking for recommendations for a bank or credit union or some other lender who can finance a duplex for 20%(or less) with no PMI. This won't be an owner-occupied property.
Few of the major banks I talked with said that minimum for multi-family is 25% down, which is governed by Fannie Mae regulations.

I'd appreciate if you can recommend someone who can do this type of loan and close within 45 days.

Thanks!

Hello fellow members!

I found this turnkey company in Columbus, Ohio.

I'm an out of state investor, and would like to know BP member's experience with this company. Are they legit? Did anyone had a bad experience especially from out of state?
This company provides cash flow analysis with each property, but it would be great if someone can personally attest to the accuracy of these numbers.

My main criteria is positive cash flow, and zero or very less involvement in day to day running of the property(I'll be using a property management company).

Thanks
