Did anyone here find a good book keeper in the Raleigh, NC who specializes in business/investors books?  We have many companies so need someone who is experienced with a lot of moving parts.

I only market to relocation clients. If you are plugged into the realtor community this works well because they always have clients needing housing.  If you are a realtor this works SUPER Well because its a lead source for you!

eXcited to be back on Bigger Pockets!!!  I had an account YEARS ago and just got busy with all things Real Estate so I stopped using it.  This is such a GREAT Resource for all of us investors to connect on so I'm back now and won't be leaving again :)

If anyone is from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico I'd love to connect as I've been living here for the last 2 years :)  Also, looking to connect with people in Charlotte and Raleigh, NC!

Hi ... I'm under contract on an AMAZING Property here in Cabo and I'm working on the structure of the deal.  I've gone back and forth on having just a few partners on the project and raising money via promissory notes OR giving everyone ownership in the project.  I'd love to know if anyone here has ever done anything like this in Mexico?  My investors will most likely be from the USA.

Q's:

How did you find the "right" attorneys (investor mindset) to write up your contracts?  Did you have then created in the US then send to a Mexican attorney to "Mexicanize" them (new word;) ....

Same as above with the CPA/Book Keeper ... is there a REIA of Mexico? lol I'm having trouble connecting with other investors. How do I find them?

What do you look at when deciding if someone will be a good partner?  (I've always done my own deals in the states)

This project will become a Retreat Center for Health and Wealth Retreats, Workshops, Weddings, Masterminds, etc.  We are building an event center and adding 15 Luxury Glamping style huts to the property. (Think Tulum Boho Style) Has anyone built a "Glamping" style project in Mexico?

Sorry for all the questions .... any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

I've personally been with eXp a little over 2 years.  I owned my firm before making the switch and I am still the BIC of my firm. Partnering with eXp has been the best decision of my life.  I can now focus on the agents I've sponsored into the company and help them grow their teams and expand into different markets.  That is the most rewarding for me. I'm taking a group of 40 to Vegas in a few weeks and am so excited to see their growth as agents and team leaders!  I have nothing bad to say about eXp honestly :)

Hi Craig,

I'm a broker in the Raleigh area. Send me your criteria and I'll see what I can find. I do a lot of my own marketing so most of my stuff will not be on the MLS or LoopNet.

Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you!

Hey Andrew, No we didn't get the one we were looking out. I guess I took too long to decide and someone came with all cash:( I'm interested in MHP's within 1 hour of Raleigh. Prefer lot rents only. Thanks, Amanda

Hey Bryan.... Think about this: You could cash out of that condo and buy a SFR CASH that you could rent for $1200-$1500 month, therefore increasing your cash flow 10x or more:-). Or you could use the $200k to buy 4 more SFR rentals that each cash flow $500+ ($2,000) or you could use that same $200k to buy a multi unit property with a mortgage. It's your call. I like the option of buying 4-5 rentals with it... By the way I'm from Cali and now live in NC. I've bought 7 rentals in the past 3 years. Love the market here!
