I have my real estate license with coldwell banker in mystic ct however I have a full time job. I was out showing properties the other day and came across a great investment property- my husband is too busy with what we currently own to take on this one.. How would I go about finding people that want to flip? Does anyone have keys to success as becoming a real estate agent just for flippers ????? Any help would be amazing . Trying to get my real estate business up and running based around flips and people wanting to buy multi families ....

Post: HELOC ?

I own a single family rental property. I have had it for three years. I am "assuming" there would be equity by now... maybe I am wrong ???

I would like to buy another investment property; I have saved around 10k so far this year and would need another 15-20k for the 20 % down payment to buy a three family in our area.

Is it wise to pull equity out of one of your investment properties to buy another ? Do all HELOC's need home inspections ?

any help would be great; I am just starting out and want to learn as much as possible before jumping into another rental property as I have done some things wrong with this one haha..

honestly- I would wait till they left the property- bringing in new tenants to look may cause them to destroy the property or make a scene which will make good people run. they seem INSANE, I wouldn't chance anything with them... One thing I wish I had done, was call employer and previous employer for a reference...... I didn't do this and I got burned......
