UPDATE **** I have been working with D2D for a little over 3 months now. Overall not a bad experience.

They have provided me with an abundant amount of inbound leads that have been generated from Facebook and Instagram campaigns. All through my business portfolio that I created on my meta-business suite that they manage and help create the proper way.

Keep in mind things take time to really launch and takeoff , but with the resources and experience that Direct2Deals has, it makes the process a whole lot easier and something less that I have to handle inside of my business & can now focus on optimizing and being more efficient in the way I conduct business and close our deals.

On another note, if you are looking for qualified homeowners that are seeking to get an offer on their house or sell soon, and your goal is to have the most amount of opportunities to close for yourself and your team, we recommend doing a nationwide, multiple state targeted campaign with Direct2Deals.

They have a dedicated team to handle all questions you may have on a weekday basis through their email support system that they go through Monday through Friday to help you with your success at Direct2Deals.

Not a bad idea, if you’re tired of only doing outbound and want to get your feet wet with leads that come to you.

As a current customer, let me share my experience with this company.

Initially, things started off well. The support was solid, and the biweekly meetings were productive. However, after two months, despite no closings, my success manager inexplicably stopped responding to my texts and emails, failing to schedule the promised biweekly meetings. To make matters worse, my CRM was wiped clean of all leads—first about a month into the program, and then again recently.

Considering that I am investing approximately $2,000 per month in PPC campaigns, these lost leads represent a significant financial blow. What’s more frustrating is the complete lack of available support. When my success manager vanished, I found it impossible to reach anyone else in the company. There are no available phone numbers or alternative contacts, leaving me stranded and without assistance.

You can draw your own conclusions. If you’re comfortable paying a setup fee of about $7,800 and an additional $2,000 per month for a service that performs well for just two months before going radio silent, then this might be the right fit for you. However, if you expect consistent support and accountability, you might want to look elsewhere.

I'm currently a wholesaler and I've accumulated a significant number of direct-to-seller listing leads in many cities across the country. These leads aren’t quite right for investors but are still valuable for realtors. I'm generating more leads than I can use and am looking to monetize them.

Does anyone know of any platforms or marketplaces where such leads can be sold directly to listing agents?  Any advice on how to approach this or recommendations on platforms would be greatly appreciated!"
