Hello BP members,

Wondering if anyone out there has worked with First Western Federal Savings Bank or North American Savings Bank? These two banks were recommended to me by Equity Trust (custodian) and being new to having to work with non recourse lenders, any advice and guidance is appreciated....

Hey Aaron Lovejoy,

Congrats on your purchase 6 months ago.....sorry about not replying to your colleague request.

We have been super busy and I haven't made it a priority to check my bigger pockets.

I also invest in Wasilla but am not good with forums but trying to become more computer savy.

Have you purchased any other properties?

ANYBODY HAVE GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCES WITH SELF DIRECTED IRA INTO REAL ESTATE? GENERAL THINGS TO THINK ABOUT?

I WOULD BE DIRECTING INTO RAW GROUND THAT I WILL SUBDIVIDE IN 2 YEARS. MY THOUGHT WAS IF I COULD USE MY SELF DIRECTED IRA INSTEAD OF A HARD MONEY LENDER, I COULD BENIFIT ON BOTH ENDS.

Thank you for the reply Luka

My hope was that I could discover a wholesaler who might have a good deal on LVP at least 6mm to 8mm thick with pad attached at about $1.50 a sq ft.  I am looking to buy approx. 15 pallets.

As I am not from Nashville I appreciate your suggestions

Does anyone in the Nashville are know of a good location to purchase LVP with pad attached?  Like to use the thicker free floating as it seems to be less effected by temperature changes.  Any suggestions of wholesalers/retailers who have a decent product is appreciated
