Thanks Ian!

She's looking at a property on Madison by Malcom X in Bed-Stuy and a property on Cedar Street at Myrtle Avenue in Bushwick. I'm thinking the latter is a bit better. It's a block from the M train at Central which should help...?

I have a buyer who is looking to purchase a primary residence property in either of these areas. Multi-family, single, or condo. She wants to make a smart investment and wants to live in a safe area. She is street-savvy and comfortable living in areas where she's the minority but she also doesn't want to be a target.

She's currently bidding on a house in Bed-Stuy south of Broadway and west of Malcom X and we don't know much about that location. She's also interested in a place in South Bushwick near the Central Avenue M train stop.

Any info on these areas or any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Even recommendations on websites that might help would be great.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an actress and real estate agent in NYC who's looking to begin an investing career. I started listening to BP podcasts in February and am very eager to get my foot in the door. I'm thinking about purchasing some single-family residences in Atlanta, where I'm from and where my family still resides. I also have exclusive rental listings in over 40 buildings from the UWS to Washington Heights so if you know anyone looking to rent you should definitely hit me up! Sorry, that may have been too sales-y for this forum discussion...Anyway, I'm mainly here to learn from others and welcome any and all advice. Looking forward to hearing from you!
