Hello I am Sam, I would like your input on realeflow ($39) product. I started with a trial version in December and then it renewed just a few days ago.

I seem to have issues when using this product. it seems easy to use but when I log on to make a buyer/seller website It says to write a dummy site name(any site) then I can edit it later.

My question is, is there a program that does CRM , website creation, and lead generation?

I also have another question. I tried Cameron Dunlap program, I thought it was a great deal for the 2 weeks trial for I think was $7.95 I noticed when I clicked on a program or topic I believe it asked me to buy another product. An upsell. I believe it was a skip trace program to find owners of vacant property.

I received a call from customer support and the lady said go thru the program again and they will bill me on the legacy program/ $49.99 versus the normal program of $79.99 per month.

question for you, is the same info you get from the above sites the same as what you can get from a farm list?

Just wondering cause I see many be 1/2 grand usually for lists or more then I see a simple call to your local  know where to call company.

I am thinking 1 of 3 things: investor rehab for personal use , no set plan or rules on setting max bid, or the person got excited.

I am a military veteran, served 8years in the United States Marine Corps. Honorably discharged in 2006, did some college, technical schooling and life lessons along the way. I have been involved in some sort of real estate since 2010. Whether it is education products or courses.

Now I am working with like minded individuals that help property owners and would be property owners. I am excited with all that this brings.

I have a question , i am thinking about going to the court house locally to look for probates. I took a wholesaling class not to long ago and it says to look in the computer at the court house, no cell phones but a lab top is okay.

another note,

I also looked online and have seen a few sites that charge for leads. 1 site offered 1250 leads $150 but a 12 month commitment....

would it be better to do the foot work myself or shell out x amount of dollars?
