Hey BP. I'm from Lynn, Massachusetts. I'm ready to start investing in real estate. Looking for a trusted real estate agent to help guide me in the the right direction. I'm looking to rehab for now, would look at places to do a live in rehab to sell once project is finished. Please message me.

thanks @Paul Timmins for all the good info, everything sounds good and I will get on it!!

Hey BP, I have been currently on this site for about s month or so, I have been trying to research and figure out my numbers before seeing a house I plan on buying. I plan on house hacking a multi family home, this particular home is a short sale 3 unit home. What to look for/do in a short sale? What do I look for to calculate "the numbers" right, and how do I find out if the home is in a good location. Also will like to know how do I go threw the route of finding tenants with sec 8?

How's it going BP. I have been in BP for about a month now, and still having a hard time picking things up. So I'm just starting out haven't bought my first house yet but I'm in the process of looking. My plan is to house hack a multi-family to rent out and live in one of the units. There is a short sale multi family that I am going to see in a few days. My question is, it is a good idea for a first time investor to buy a short sale multi family home, and what do I need to keep my eyes on when checking out a short sale property? And what are the pros and cons for short sales?
I'm Fernando, 23 years old. How are you guys? Well I'm new to bigger pockets website, not only that but I'm new to everything in real estate. Trying to learn something new and better than what I do in my life. I'm trying to get into whole sales, short sales, and or fix and flips. I'm trying to figure out what my first steps should be. I have been doing a lot of research on these types of businesses but I still have little to no idea. I can't really get a good grasp on how to start off. Could anyone lead me in the right direction?? Thanks would love to hear from you guys.
