Need a Birddog to find deals in San Antonio and Austin?

I currently work for a local Hard Money Lender and I now have the ability to be out on the field more often to search for fix and flip/wholesale deals. 

I understand we are all busy and do not have the time to find those great hidden deals; THAT'S WHAT I AM HERE FOR.

Jon I just started on the lending side but the 2014-2015 I was in the fundraising capital side. Austin is definitely the place to be as the city is continuously growing and the Texas market is hot. :)
