Hey bigger pockets! Pretty excited and also nervous. I put together my finances and have been talking to a loan officer at Quicken Loans, looks like I'll be able to afford around a 130k property with an FHA. I'm looking in the Philadelphia area, preferably south Philly that has rehab potentials but not completely gutted/full rehab. It's going to be a buy live (other room rentals). Multi family properties a little out of the budget for the areas I'm looking at (also up an coming areas). Just throwing that out there to see who's out there! I'm a new investor, originally from Delaware. I'm planning on purchasing my first property this year to use as a house to live and also rent. I'm looking to connect with likeminded people in the area and possibly a mentor to show me the ropes! Thanks for the time and look forward to hearing from y'all!

My work schedule right now keeps me pretty busy after 3pm on the weekdays, however on the weekends, if you would have me, I'd love to intern for you and do what I can to help and learn!

Hey this is a bit late of a reply to this thread but i'm a new investor from WIlmington/Newark, DE! Looking to buy my first rental property this year

Hey! So I noticed that you can of course use Redfin, Realtor, Trulia etc. to find home prices, rental prices, etc.

I was looking to see if anyone knew of a way to have both of that information shown at the same time on the same map. (Via a map view of properties)
