Hello everyone!

I have a current list of homeowners with their phone numbers, and before I start contacting them, I want to know the most efficient and best way to see if any of these are on the do not call list. Any suggestions? I appreciate anyone’s input! Not trying to have a lawsuit put on me!

Hello Bigger Pockets!

I am a young 22 year old individual born and raised in Miami, FL. I currently reside in Fort Myers, FL, and I am eagerly wanting to start my wholesaling journey.

A little more background about myself, I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelors degree in Finance and currently work full-time as an analyst in an Information Technology company. I love learning and always looking to expand my knowledge. I’ve always been curious and interested in real estate and want to start networking in my area, through bigger pockets, & join real estate clubs with other wholesalers and investors.

Anyone in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers, Tampa, Naples, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral) or Miami/Fort Lauderdale lets connect!
