I purchased a townhome and the flooring in the master bathroom is all cracked and is giving about 1 inch when I walk on it. I think there was a water issue that was not correctly repaired from previous owner.   No clue what should be done or who to hire for this issue. Any suggestions?   The subflooring is cement.
