Check out the events tab under "learn" at the top. Mine is in Addison this coming Tuesday. We have investors of all levels and would love to have you join us! The group is Let's Get Real Estate because we want to get real about our challenges and support each other.

Our group is open to new and experienced investors alike. Flippers, multifamily, commercial, short term, wholesale, etc. We will network the first hour and have a presentation topic the second hour. No sales pitches here, just open discussion and encouragement! We will meet in the front lobby area of Hawaiian Bros. $10 event fee, please be a patron of the business as well.

Does anyone know a good and quick place to purchase a refurbished boiler in Detroit? I need a 197BTU for a property. 

Ours meets in Addison the second Tuesday of the month at Hawaiian Bros on Beltline. Look for the info in the meetup tab soon!

Drew is very active here. I use @David Poole. He is very responsive and great at handling tenants. 

I have and do currently, but it's in the secondaries, look 20-30 minutes outside the metro. Even then it's a lot of searching.
