Yes. The crack has been there since the seller had owned the property and has had no issues with it at all. My inspector found some moisture staining on one of the walls that the seller said happen a few years back due to a heavy rainfall in the basement apartment, but seller had his handyman make sure that the water drained away from property

Hello. So I recently got a 4 unit under contract. Had a few people interested, because the numbers where awesome. I have it for 45k with 18,672 annual gross. Now is a water leak in a basement a deal breaker and one small foundatiom crack? I still have quite a few interested, but the first two buyers said they didnt want it because of that problem and I dont want to waste mine or anyone elses
