I’m looking for title companies that are wholesale friendly here in Las Vegas. I’ve called some title companies that were recommended by others but i’m not getting good feedback from them after I ask them a list of inquiries to make sure I could trust them.

So I interned for a big investor here in Vegas and I got familiarized with cold calling and text blasting. We did Steve Trang and John Martinez sales training and I learned a lot but I’m doing this SOLO now and I’m having trouble with choosing the best cold calling, SMS, skip tracing, & list pulling DATA/service provider?

Should I get an “all in one” or “separate” providers for cost efficiency.

I already have a free podio CRM (brought to you by flip with Rick;)

I have reserves but not like the big shots! Every Penny counts. I appreciate any and all answers!

I have reserves but not like the big shots! Every dollar counts... I’m using Podio as my free CRM (brought to you by flip with Rick😉)

There’s a plethora of service providers and it’s hard to choose which one I want for skip tracing, list pulling… Hey even dialing and SMS. Without killing my pockets-then again scared money don't make money. I’m solo by the way.

I welcome all input even tough love. Much appreciated!
