My credit score is poor. Around 500 or so. What would be the best moves to make right now regarding a no money down flip or rental?

While I’m in the process of Learning as much as I can. What are some ways that can start seeing what types of houses are selling? Or which area would be the best to sale in? I work a 2day on 4 off schedule so there’s so much time to learn. Hopefully I don’t get paralysis analysis.

I work for Annaville Fire! We just had a awesome class on RiT by Michael Snodgrass. Anyway, I’m on the way to investing meanwhile doing handyman work and learning as much as I can.
