There’s coupons for real estate license classes for about 200-300 dollars for the courses. Curious as to whether or not these are legit and should be considered.

i have a deal coming my way. it was from someone who knew i was getting ready to get into this game. they just want to get out of the property and wanna make a few bucks in between. 30 k in a possible 80 k neighbor hood. not sure if im analyzing this deal properly or i should just wholesale it.

If I were to purchase a duplex fha 3.5 down would I necessarily have to live live there or could I say I do and rent out both units? I currently live in a home mortgage free.

My Dad has a few houses he’s not wanting in his name anymore. One house that he’s tired of, he’s staying paying the mortgage. What are some good strategies or recommendations if, I am new and want to take over this property, throw Tenants in, with possibly no money done (aside from closing) and woth fair credit.

First invest in yourself. Read read read. This bigger pockets forum is already a big step in the right direction. Listen to all the podcast. Learn the markets and find your niche. Work for someone who’s doing it already for free.
