The Tellus app looks pretty straight forward for equity loans. The application process is pretty quick and the interest rate is based on how much equity you've built up (loan-to-ratio value).

I'm looking to start investing on this new FinTech real estate platform called Tellus. I'm looking for advice on crowdsourced real estate investing. They offer a low threshold to start investing and it looks like the platform is pretty flexible in terms of cashing out. It looks legit and I wanted to know if anyone has some advice on this.
