Thank you everyone for your responses !!! I went with CE Shop, tried it out for 1 day and liked the way it is structured and got a good deal on it after they called me ))) 

Thinking of starting a Real Estate career part time at first. Any recommendations for online school ? Where do I begin ? Is it worth it? I own a 2 flat house in Chicago that has over 120k in equity and was thinking maybe to start with flipping possibly.

I was told that owners have to wait untill it passes an inspection that can take weeks and then lease can be signed.

I posted an ad stating "No Section 8" and received a discrimination complaint for it. Ad has been taken down already a few weeks ago. Due to long process and apartment being vacant i just did not want to deal with long process. How should i Respond in writing? I did not know that in Chicago you are not allowed to state No Sec 8 in the ad. Any suggestions ?

Do you plan to reach out to your tenants? Would you serve a 5 day notice if an extended grace period is not agreed by tenant. What extra time would you give?
