Brandon, All agents should be using a third party estimating tool to determine a minimum amount of insurance needed. Depending on the valuation, Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value, you could run into issues with coinsurance in the event of a loss. The best way to avoid this is to allow the third party valuation. Which carriers are your quotes from?

Springfield was a great place for school, and I enjoyed the community down there.  It is an area I am interested investing in down the road.  The center of town has a lot of great homes that are only missing some TLC.
