I'm not sure in/around Allentown PA.

We don't have sheriff sales in my home state of NH.

I observed some in San Antonio TX and it was a hoot. Sheriffs swagger in with tall hats and all.

And on other properties, prudent to note that forming an LLC/purchasing as is not 'unlimited' liability. There's more to do and certain actions or inactions will not be waived or absolved by that or any business structure.
