I have been wondering the same thing. I did a business registry search and they have been registered in GA for 20yrs, don't have any complains on BBB or CFPB but use Gmail, have a crappy website, the FB account is empty, I can't find the company or the guys I'm talking too on LinkedIn, or anywhere else in the internet. I did find some other lender that works for the company out of Texas... so idk

if you have to go that far to find a lender you already know your answer.

Very true... sadly/good for me, this is how I handle everything, it takes me 5 min so why not if is going to help me make a decision faster.

What would you like to know specifically? I'm a mechanical engineer and I have been utilizing 3D printing for over 15yrs. For housing, sounds great but we aren't there yet for mass production. It is good that companies are exploring the technology but there are too many red flags currently for me to say let's build some houses. Would it help with the labor issue, absolutely, but that is true for every industry. Would it create new jobs, yes it will is up to the people in those fields to get educated so they can keep up with technology

Post: Question for brokers in Atlanta regarding CAM

I'm thinking of a career change and going to get the CAM license, which has to be held by a broker. Anyone guide or advice would be welcome.

Also, I was looking for property managers jobs description but not many are requiring CAM, can someone explain to me why or how are they able to do it?

I'm still investing in the side, i habe plans and this is just a part of it

Question. I am looking at dscr for commercial property, due to SBA allowing me to do 10% down instead of 25% that's what I'm leaning towards, I'm also using 1.35 bc is SBA. But I'm having a hard time finding property that meets thus simple requirement. Any idea or recommendations of what else I should keep in mind when looking at commercial properties?

Direct booking is great, just make sure you manage all the calendars otherwise you might find yourself in a pickle. To find the taxes and fees, try to make a reseevation in your area, then under price detail select more info. Here is an example of charges in midtown

Hi I'm in Atlanta, I'm currently looking for commercial property but if you have the right property, I might entertain it

I have self managed all my properties because the way I set them up, it doesn't add too much extra work. I have been able to keep a full time job but now I want to retire from my profession and either work for someone or start my own management company while I continue to grow my investments.
