I assumed so thats why I'm looking for a place to start. I recently have turned 21 and am looking to learn as much as I can. What do you mean when you say "How money works" is that regarding financing?

I am currently looking to start investing in the Atlanta area. As a recent graduate from masters program I have class room experience but no real world experience.  What would be the best place to start I am currently looking at single family homes to up to 8 unit complexes.  If any one had any advice or suggestions I would love to talk about real estate investing. 

Hi I am a student at the University of Florida and am looking to learn more about the commercial business through an Internship this upcoming summer. I am trying to expand outside of Florida if anyone has tips for companies that provide internships that would be very helpful. Besides CBRE and other large companies it is hard to find internship opportunities in this sector.

Hi my name is Alex Nunner and I am a 20-year-old third year student at the University of Florida in Gainesville where I study Finance with a minor in Real Estate. My background in real estate is from my current internship in property management and my previous experience working with asset managers over the past summer.

My current goal right now is to start building my network and learning as much as I can from professionals who are more established in the field. Career wise I am looking to find a Real Estate Investing firm where I can grow and learn. Overall I am open to a variety of ventures but Multifamily units and office space are what I have had experience in and they both seem like fields that I would like to pursue as a career.

I came to join BiggerPockets when I was researching multifamily investment properties and I than I spent a considerable amount of time reading posts and watching videos before I decided to finally join! I am excited about all of the resources on this site and look forward to engaging with people and sharing my thoughts and learning from others experience.
