Chetan,

I realize you said South Florida but I have an off market motel property in Orlando. 32 rooms for $1.25 M. The couple that run it make around $200K on it but could make much more. Please email me if you're interested. Thanks!

Hi!

Is this only for residential properties?

Thanks,

Alex

Thanks Steve! I try to provide the seller/buyer with some valuable info whenever I call but as a new guy they can probably tell me much more! Haha!

Hi everyone!

My name is Alex Luciano from Orlando. I'm a new(er) CRE agent in a small firm and had some questions for investors and/or CRE agents that work with investors.

I'm searching for my niche and have been doing a few different things. One of my associates and I would like to team up and work on investment properties. Retail centers, perhaps10k-30k, and smaller multi-family properties, maybe 100 units or less.

My questions are the following. What do you look for in a CRE agent? What are your main questions to them when they call you about a property? And how often do you get cold called on about available properties?

My mission is to find local investors whom I can team up with so I'd like to learn how to think like them and find them where they're at.

Thanks for any advice you can provide!

Hi BP folks! My name is Alex Luciano and I'm a commercial real estate agent in Orlando Fl. I'm newer in the business but work with one of Orlando's best industrial and commercial brokers, Chuck McNulty. I am finding my voice in this awesome, and very complex business, and have joined BP to learn more about what investors are looking for and how I can help them in their search. I currently specialize in retail and tenant representation. However I have some investment properties listed and I would like to get into that market so I'm hoping to learn from all of you!

My mission is to help local investors and their tenants thrive. When real estate is doing well everyone benefits. I plan to have a few investment properties of my own someday and re-develop dying retail centers in my community. I care deeply about making Orlando a world-class city. Not just for our visitors and foreign investors, but also for all of us who grew up in this marvelous city and still call it home!

Greetings from the Sunshine State!
