I'm currently working on getting my LLC. I don't know how to label a LLC. For example, is putting your name in the LLC a good thing or bad thing. Should an LLC be related to business in anyway? I know that this is probably an amateur question for most people, but I need to start somewhere and would appreciate some ideas. If there's anyone that has good advice or ideas let me know. Thanks!

I interested in hearing from everyone on what type of marketing strategy worked for them and why?

Is there anyone who could break down the administrative side of partnering with someone in real estate? Mainly what the primary functions of the administration side that should be mastered for success.  I'm interested in taking on this role in a partnership or being part of a team.

Hi everyone I'm new to investing and just got my real estate license. I'm looking to network with people that are willing to help me learn and possibly point me in the right direction for success. I'm a new agent who understands that meeting people in person and going to events is important in real estate. If there's anyone who is willing to do a 1x1 meet up or willing to take on teaching me that would be great. Look forward to all the input.

Hi everyone! I'm new to investing and just got my license as a real estate agent.  I'm looking for a casual time of networking to help connect and move forward in my Real Estate investing and career. If theres any upcoming events in Austin let me know. I look forward to getting to know everyone and to learn as much as possible.

Hi Victor, I'm reaching out to find out if you do any events during the early afternoon? I'm a new agent in Bastrop TX and I also make short travels to Austin. I'm very much interested in meeting like minded individuals who I can learn from. I'm interested in investing and being a better agent all around. Anyway when you have the time let know if any events are coming up.

I'm about to become an agent and I'm looking into joining eXp. Is there anyone new or at a expert level that can tell me about their experience joining eXp. We're you helped efficiently? What did you think of the process you went through regarding training or shadowing? Did you feel decently confident switching to being on your own? If you get a mentor you don't get along with is it hard to switch or find another?

Does anybody know what a good commission split is? I'm a student in Real Estate and need some guidance. Also if anyone is familiar with mentorship that specializes in Residential/Agriculture or Ranch Land, it would great to be pointed in a direction of an individual that could help mold a student real estate agent into a Real Estate Agent. Any tips would help. Thanks!

I'm new in the real estate business and thought starting as a RE assistant to educate myself while working under another.  Does anyone know of any resources or companies that train you?
