@chris s @ andrew michael  Gentlemen, hello to you both.  I am new to the BP forum here and I'm very excited to get involved with the activity and conversations.  

I've come across this forum because I am getting ready to pull the trigger on an HML application with a company called BridgeWell Capital based in Orlando. I'm not really feeling them and kind of getting a bad vibe ( I actually just sent Chris a private message within the hour but since I'm new to the form I don't know if it went through and I don't want to send him another one and be THAT guy lol). Looking for a recommendation on anyone else either of you two think would be a good HML fit?

A liittle bit about me: I'm a 15-year brand management professional spending the last six years in marketing sales. My wife and I always knew I would end up in the REI world in some capacity, as it really is my passion. We already have an investment property under our belt in HoCo with a tenant for the last few years. We now have a couple other properties that were looking at really close, but for rehabs. Ficos are both above 760+ and in a good financial position. Looking to connect soon. I'm all about learning and absorbing as much REI knowledge as I can. Thanks in advance, gents!!! Alex
