why?

I just want to advice to use a Craigslist ghost ad. I used such a simple 3 lined ghost ad last night and now have 4 serious cash buyers from it and 2 wholesalers that I gave the criteria of the buyers to. So I might get a house and a buyer yea I'll have to split the deal if another wholesaler gets the property but for 30 seconds worth of a craigslist ghost ad...well, I'll take it....

thanks for the usefull tips. I've been planning to do direct mail. It seems to have the best feed back other then my favorite way with the ghost ads on Craigslist. 

What's the best way to find cheap houses in nj other then craigslist/bandit signs/the paper/ To the people wholesaling 10 houses a month I want to be like you. Where do You find your wholesale properties???

Hello everyone my name is Alex and I'm a kind of new wholesaler. I've studied real estate for about8 years. Went to real estate school twice but never took the test. I love real estate and enjoy the process. I need help because I never closed a deal. Any advice and tips will be more then appreciated. I need to get out of my two full time jobs to become independently wealthy.
