Hey BP!

First and foremost I would like to say thank you! Thank you to all who read this post and contribute to make this such a valuable site.  The spirit of sharing and support is contagious. I have closed a few deals and am always looking to partner on more projects. 

My current focus remains wholesaling in the NYC and Northern Jersey areas.  I have previous experience as a tax lien investor, NYC Realtor in the downtown market, a mortgage officer, and finally now as a full time investor. 

Anyhow, enough about me! Lets work on some deals, network, have fun, and earn for ourselves and our families!
