Hi all,

I know the question is very vague, but lets say you have 100k cash and live in the bay area. How would you go about investing it?  What would you do with it?

@Jared Carpenter, I am looking for brokers and agents first and foremost to learn more about the neighborhoods and seeing how the market is to see if it is aligned with the cashflow I am looking for.

Hey guys,

I am interested in investing and building a team in Utah Salt Lake City. I know I should do my own due diligence (which I will), but before I do, i wanted to ask any experienced investor from the area if you think the market there is starting to level out and etc. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

@David Kyo, my expectations is that I will have to still put in some of my own money for the mortgage, but much lower (was thinking renting 3 units for 2-2.5k each) at around $1k. I guess my question is if it was still possible to find a 4 unit in that price range. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi All,

New to real estate investing, but love the idea of house hacking. An FHA loan limit for a 4 unit in that area is 1.2 million. I wanted to ask people from the bay area if it was still possible to house hack seeing as the prices are so high right now.

Hi All,

I am from the Bay Area and looking into getting into the real estate investing industry. I want to focus on cash flow with out of state housing, so if anyone can give me the pros and cons of it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, as I have not bought my first property yet, I am just curious if it was possible to find a house to househack in the bay area near san francisco, san mateo or even north bay area.

Thanks!!!
