Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Clearwater.

Purchase price: $280,000
Cash invested: $70,000

Our team purchased this property with the intent to make some major renovations and sell at market rate. Some of the major projects we are currently working on include:

New Roof Installation

Redesigned Master Suite

New Flooring throughout

Updated Bathrooms

Revitalizing the Home Exterior

Our target completion date is August 1 and we are expecting to list at roughly $570,000.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Given the fact that we were seeing smaller homes in the neighborhood sell in the low 500s, we knew this deal presented an opportunity for a substantial profit.
