@John Thedford thanks John.  Would deals in that range in Cape Coral require all cash?

Hello everyone. I live in SW Fl and am interested in purchasing SFRs preferably in Florida. The closer to me the better however 3/2 single family homes do not sell anywhere near $100,000 in my neck of the woods. Are there still deals to be found maybe in Tampa or Orlando on 3/2 SFRs for around $100,000 that can produce $1,000+ in rent? Thank you all in advance! Alex Balan

Hi Stephen. I am looking into duplexes and triplexes but, again, if I were to find a good deal on a SFH that would provide a good ROI then I would consider it. I am planning on financing the properties.

Hello everyone. I have acquired approximately $150 - $200k that I would like to use to invest in real estate. I prefer multi unit properties but would consider single family homes if the deal is right. I am looking to buy and hold in areas that are growing so that, hopefully, the properties will appreciate. I live in Naples, FL but this area is too rich for my blood. Are there areas in Florida where I can still get some bang for my buck in Florida or should I look at other parts of the country? Thank you all in advance! Alex Balan

Hi Jamin.  The Naples/Marco market has taken off again and I believe that the last stat that I read was that 6-7/10 homes that were purchased last year were cash buys. You might want to get in touch with Bob Moorefield from Coldwell Banker. Excellent realtor with a strong business background. Just Google his name.  Good luck!
