For sale, rental house and is in livable condition. 

Here is another discounted investment property we have for sale. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with utility room. House has good mechanicals including new water heater, newer furnace and updated electric panel. Home needs very minor finish work to be completely ready for long term cash flow or equity building. House could rent for $575- $625/ Month

We are a wholesaler and rehabber in Indianapolis and have had great success using Insightly! It also has auto follow up capabilities that we use. I am a licensed agent and have a VA to help with all my calls. In that way I can focus on the business. We looked into using Podio, but unless you know code or are willing to hire someone for a 2-3 month startup, might avoid that if you are just using for offer tracking.
