@Eliott Elias Thank you for your input!

Hey, I am about to buy a list to start cold calling. I have pulled multiple lists before and it's always hit or miss. I've had more misses than hits. I am sick of spending money on a list just to have it all be wrong numbers or the wrong person. Let me tell you how i've been getting my lists-

1. Building list on propstream and skiptracing with Reiskip.                                                                                                                         - I have had some successful lists from this meaning i actually talk to the right person and am not dialing wrong numbers all day. But, I have also pulled lists this way that are all wrong. I don't do anything different and it throws me off to know I can get accurate lists this way and then have lists that are all off. Does anyone think it could be the data from propstream or would this be from the skiptracing?

2. Building list on propstream and skiptracing with BatchLeads

-Really same thing here. Have had lists be accurate and then will pull another thats super off.

I would love to hear how others are pulling lists that are accurate every time. I know that there will be some wrong numbers and wrong people in any list but I just cant have any more lists where I cant reach a single person all day.

I haven't pulled a list with Batchleads yet but am open to that or hear from someone who has experience with both and get their opinon on the two.

Hello, Does anyone have reccomendations for good title companies that work with wholesalers in Boise and surrounding areas in Idaho?

Thanks for any help!

Hello!

I am looking for advice/tips on how to find a market when virtual wholesaling.  I have been traveling a lot the past year due to my husbands job so i haven't been able to get set up in a local market. Because of that, i feel that virtual wholesaling is the way to go for me. I need to be able to work from anywhere we go. I just feel stuck in not knowing how to find a market. I am an avid listener to the Wholesaling Inc. podcast and have heard from there that by going to a markets local Facebook rei page to see how many investors are in the area is a good place to start, but i dont even know how to find a market to then do that step.  For over a year now i have counted on joining the Wholesaling Inc. coaching program to help me but it turns out i just cant afford to do that right now. Now that i really know im not going to be able to join, I just need to take advantage of all the free information that i can find on youtube and the internet. I feel like i have kind of hit a wall when it comes to finding info for free on how to find a market. I dont know if i've been researching so much that my head is spinning and i feel like i havent made any progress in knowing how to find a market?

I dont know anyone in my circle who is in real estate and i haven't been anywhere long enough to go out and meet people from rei meetups (especailly the past months due to everything thats going on). I am so eager to get going on what i've had my heart set on for so long now. I am tired of waiting and am so ready to get my first deal. I have deeply felt it in my bones i will be successfull with this business i just need some help and someone to turn to for advice without paying a hefty price. I guess thats what this is for!  If there is anyone out there willing to share some advice on virtual wholesaling or if you know of any really good free sources I'd love your input!

Thank you sooo much in advance!
