@Ryan Phillips Good for you for nor selling!! Property values went up so much in recent months! Here's why I want to get out of full time selling real estate as an agent but start being an investor and do wholesaling: I was already looking to get out of doing real estate full time because the income is not very stable. My hairstylist told me about a deal he put together (without a license, just flipped it to investor) and I started thinking that I can do that too. I also want to start buying rentals and it looks like this is a place where I can learn how to get financing.

Yes!! Me too - I hear a lot of talk and I see people making money from it, and I'm in real estate selling real estate!! We have so many investor opportunities houses in San Diego, I just need to learn how to get them because sometimes people just want to cash out.

Hi! I'd like to introduce myself. I'm a newbie to wholesaling but not a newbie to real estate. I've been licensed in CA since 2001 and been in selling real estate since 2006. I live and work in San Diego. I've always been curious how wholesaling works and even took a class back in 2010 but forgot mostly everything. I'd like to get into the game of wholesaling as well as start investing in rental properties myself. Nice to meet everyone!! :-))
