Hi all! I am searching for a general contractor to add to my team. We are looking to move on our first flip shortly and would like to get one lined up before putting in an offer. We have called a few companies in the area but we want recommendations from BP as well. If anyone knows a good contractor (or if you are one) please let me know! We are looking in the Lehigh/Northampton County, PA area. Thanks in advance!

Hi Mark, I am from PA, Northampton county. We are looking to move on our first flip shortly. There are local real estate meetings which are great resources in addition to Bigger Pockets. There is one per week the first 3 weeks of the months, all free. A different person runs each one and they are all at different locations. If interested, inbox me.

@Justin Windham - yes that makes sense and was a concern of mine. We didn't want to move money around to then find out later that we have to pay taxes on it unexpectedly. Thank you!
