@Joseph M. let me know if you are still looking for help i have been on the field over 10yrs experienced on paint, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, appliances repair, HVAC repairs (EPA certify) pool maintenance (CPO certify) concrete work, installing fence ect ect you name it. I'M VERY CAREFUL on what i do and work to the detail for example if i do a drywall repair you wont be able to tell there was a hole, i have been through the hard time of finding good contractors myself been a maintenance supervisor for a management company but as i'm approaching the real estate i'm planing to do as much as i can on my own to save me some money at the begging.

I would recommend you to read the book THE ABCs OF REAL ESTATE INVESTING if you haven't it will point you on the right direction and open your eyes to a new perspective of the real estate, I'm on Jacksonville as well let me know if I can be of any help Wish you the best!
