thanks Sean, I'm sticking with Minnesota, my own backyard for now as I learn more and gain more buy and holds I will eventually branch out. I just got my first SFH rental House. I bought it for 173,000 with only 2000 down on a Contract for Deed so I am pumped. Now I want fourplexes and eventually some apartments!!! Thanks again and good luck.
