HI BP Fam,

Im questioning how to use a 350k HELOC best? Should I use it to get a duplex (Full Cash purchase) OR use it as 25% down (or more) for a bigger nicer four plex? Any other creative suggestions to best use it? Interest rates and inflation have me a bit concerned, so wondering what you all out there are thinking.

Any good recommendations ?

@Mia Anne Reeves

Thanks for the feedback Mia. Im not highly leveraged, but I do want the protection of the corp veil tho. Thats the biggest reason I want tk do it, besides the other write off benefits.

I would enjoy the convo.

Greetings everyone.

Im prepping to build a SFH by Oct. Im fairly new to investing in RE although, I've got a couple of good deals under my belt. Im going all in now and want to build a solid foundation to grow from. Should I start buying and building under an LLC or will that limit me from any personal advantages?

@Sebastian Marroquin

Thanks for your inputs. Really enjoy the different points of view. I think I am going to inquire about ADU. I can only gain.
