Hello there , I am 23 years old I have a well great paying job thanks god , Im deciding on buying a house or moving into a apartment, to whom which would be better apartment or first home buyer.. I’ve been wanting to purchase my first house but 1-3 gs is not going to do it for a poperty.i also need a new car I want to upgrade to a non gas vehicle to save money in the long run so an investment a TELSA. Now should I keep saving for a house or should I buy the telsa or keep saving so I can reach my goal of buying my first investment and that’s a poperty.. Can anyone please give me som advice thank you👍👍

I really want my first purchase to be something smart and not pay full retail looking to subject 2 my first couple of poperties

So I quit my job high paying job to do real estate full time , I’m with some guy that does deals and code calling and follow ups and buying houses , all the houses he has I maintain as a landlord. Now the work that I also do Is marketing his vacant properties to make a commission.. I want to build my portfolio for sure I’m barely making it by with this commission!! I need help should I get a job or 2 work my *** off to save up atleast 20% on a multi family HELP ME PLEASE .. THANKS

I do not own any home or anything ... my investor his name is Jason Rodriguez look him him help me out please and also what should I say to him so I can back out of his program

@Greg Miller I’ve also sent threw all my statements that the lender was waiting on should I reject that and the program and if yess what should I say to my investor so I can back out.??
