Warren buffet said it is a good time to borrow money right now. I’m looking to buy my first multi family property to start my RE business. I want to borrow money or get pre approved to look for a property to buy in the next 60 days or 30 days ORR should take a loan out because mortgage loans and loans are at there lowest rates at the moment so don’t really know what to do.. I really want to make a good educated guess on this I don’t have much risk so I can afford this thank you very much

then again my credit is at 640 stable job make about 1600 biweekly

I have c.c debt 3,000

Personal loan amour due 3000

I do have a lot on my plate but what I’m doing rn is trying to bring my c.c debt down by this month and saving up 10,000 and again I don’t want to miss out on these RATESSSS

@Jessie Redd what type of down payment you think cause i can I go FHA for a multi family or I have to go conventional what's %'s do you think and price on down payment

@Timothy Lantry I own something like a Honda Civic an integra very good on gas reliable also very , I drive it everywhere just that I want a new car and I think it’s time but I will drive this integra till it falls apart , I am looking for duplex but I have to crunch up some numbers to see if it’s a good deal I’m not.
