@Haim Mamane Palman I have tried to open multiple google voice numbers, but they only allow one cell phone number to be linked to a single google voice account. Is there a way around this? I even tried opening new google accounts, but that didn't work.

Nice job nick! This past weekend I stuffed and stamped over three hundred envelopes with only one stamp each envelope. I'm not sure if I would have the patience to apply 6 stamps. :-). Have you considered tracking responses for multiple stamps vs 1 stamp?

Thanks for sharing Derek. I too just mailed out my first batch of YL with Jerry Puckett. I have had similar results. My phone has been ringing a lot. One lady was pretty rude and hung up the phone on me for no reason (I thought the call was dropped so I called back and then her husband hung up on me).

I got one lead that I'm going to look at this Saturday, but who knows. Overall, I am very pleased with the YL responses. I know have to go through plenty of phone calls to get to a deal.

My wife and I are new to BP and to Oklahoma City, and looking to network with like-minded investors. We have been reading and learning about real estate investing and are ready to jump in! My goal is to wholesale first, then get into single family residences.
