I was going to buy 14 units in Kankakee last spring - did all the landlords retire all at once?? ahaha

Would love to connect with both of you

I´ve used commercial and/or portfolio lenders when holding title with my LLC :)

@Siraj Ahmed sure, I’ll send you a message

@Johnathan Williams interested in connecting!

@Jaz McWilson I think it’s been said before, but if you focus on finding seller financed deals you don’t need credit checks - that’s what I’m doing! Also starting out with poor credit ;)

For example, Haleyville? Just curious what some other investors think... could it be a good market for buy and hold landlord investing?

Thoughts on how the current situation will affect rental assistance programs like section 8?

What other programs can we encourage tenants to apply to if they lose their jobs etc?

Not sure what the process is for doing this, anyone been through it before?

Wanting to buy a home and assume responsibility for the lien - how can we transfer it from the seller to the buyer (me)?

Hi, it's 14 seperate properties - so would be looking for a portfolio loan
