Hi, I'm a newbie too. You can subscribe to propstream.com to find leads, it has a monthly subscription fee but it's worth it. They also offer Propstream Academy to teach you how to use the site and the app efficiently. You set the criteria of what market, state, type of property, SF or multi, vacant, forclosure, FSBO, etc. along with seller/owner info. I hope this helps.

Also Netronline.com is a good source to get info about a potential property, assessing public records. It's free to join but you pay a minimal fee for the reports.

I've already been a member but I have not been on the site for a while. I am a disabled veteran and a retired nurse of 20 years. I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines. I plan to invest in small multi-family units. I want to provide affordable rentals for homeless veterans and eventually purchase and fix-up "sober homes" for veterans in crisis. Watching videos and attending seminars and buying books for months. I was stuck in analysis paralysis for a time because I was so anxious and afraid to reach out to sellers or other investors for fear of sounding "stupid". Now, I am ready to play. I hope to meet and connect with other RE investors in this platform to learn and grow, to prosper in my business. I already know that I can do it, I just don't want to do this by myself. Please reach out to me to connect or to offer and receive encouragement.
