Hi @Tanvir Sattar, that's a great idea! Thank you.

In addition, it hit me that I should really just start talking about my goals with everyone and everywhere I go, where appropriate, and hopefully see results in that!

Heya fellow worldwide real estate/entrepreneurship fascinated folks!

I am a young individual who has been actively building my real estate portfolio since my late teens. Fortunately, I still have a lot of cash left over with multiple properties to refinance.

That being said, I am moreso focused on cultivating more and more general business relationships with the wealthy in lieu of running out of money.

Now, my goal in cultivating those relationships isn't simply to find money to deploy for real estate/business ventures, but to learn from highly successful mentors and ultimately feed off their success while giving back as much as I can free of charge (that's all I've done in my local community since starting.)

My question is; where is the best place/online business groups/networking events or places rich people hang out in general that I should be visiting to start growing my business network?

Any help would be appreciated

Regards,

Alex

I would go with option 1. Saving capital and having a chunk of your own money makes things a lot easier when pursuing your first deal as a youngster (like me.) You'll also be happy that you have ample money left over after your first deal to pursue your second deal with relatively fast.

I also think one's first deal should be as simple as possible (20% of own money, turnkey, etc.) with the goal being leaving a good taste in your mouth for the 2nd deal (that'll likely be more challenging.)

Also, option 1 will leave you with a strong network. I'm sure they will serve as mentors and ultimately expedite the learning curve once you leave at the end of the mentioned 2 years.

The knowledge needed to get into the game is relatively easy to learn, lack of capital is usually where most investors turn to creative financing strategies they otherwise wouldn't use if they had still their own money so that's why I see option 1 as superior; you're young and have an opportunity to save money fast without sacrificing too much of your imperative 20's.

no, there's less potential for "value add" but that doesn't mean you can't make money

Perhaps try to find a way to get away from it all for awhile. If you don't have a property manager, maybe that would be a better alternative?

Your perseverance is inspiring to both female and male, hope everything works out!
