it was for footing mix

Thanks Judy, i checked with them - 450 for 1 yard, 570 for two

Michael, thanks for your input, I plan to pour a slab to build a porch on so I don't think i need custom spec mixture.

I do have a mixer, 1 cubic yard is 46 80lb bags which is quite a bit of work so I'm exploring the alternatives

Hi fellow BPers, hope to get an advice from local guys

I need to pour a couple of cubic yards of concrete, most likely in two separate pourings. I googled for ready-mix concrete services in my area which is Belleville - Bloomfield New Jersey but found only a couple of bigger companies with price fork 350-480 $/y3, I also tried to lookup Angieslist but still nothing..

I wonder if there're smaller contractors with more human prices? I would greatly appreciate your input

Thank you Randny, that's what I think too..

I'm sorry I realized I'd better remove the topic

nevermind, please delete

found myself thinking that "doing the right things" is a way not to end up being left behind in a garage..

There's a nice discussion of dog related issue here.. I'm glad I said no

I said NO

I feel pretty bad about but i still believe i just didn't invite new troubles to come

My philosophy is that whatever you do as a landlord you will end up to be an a..hole in the eyes of your tenants anyway. So just do whatever costs less and takes less effort.

I would have rejected her 100% and i did reject a few people, my ad said no pets, the lease says no pets unless agreed with landlord in writing..

My feeling is if I allow it now I will possibly open a can of worms.. it's gonna happen over and over again..
