@Linda Govan I do not but it’s a mechanic shop so I believe in Chicago it’s an essential thing that can stay open.

@Alejandro Arreola I am estimating the ARV with a very similar property around my market which sold this year for $200,000. That property was completely rehab.

@Guifre Mora that amount sounds good but I know it’s going to be hard work doing those repairs. I honestly feel their asking price is too high, but 100,000 a month with repairs sounds good. Out of curiosity how did you get 100,000 a month?

@Derek Hedgespeth I was able to take out a conventional loan. One of the requirements is to put down a 25%. The single family house does not have a garage so unfortunately no their isn’t a market for that. best of luck on your second deal hopefully it isn’t so, complicated like mine.
