@Joe Homs thank you so much for your great advice!!! I truly appreciate you mapping out the process. I’m new in this business but my motive behind it, is well worth the risk. Thank you again God bless!

I first will like to thank all of those who encourage and share their thoughts, experiences and advice to new entrepreneurs in the business of Real Estate. I am very new in this world of opportunities. I’m interested in purchasing foreclosures homes and flipping them. I reside in California. I noticed most foreclosures are occupied. My question is...after the purchase of the foreclosed property, how difficult it is to evict the occupants? Does it take a long process in California? If so more or less how long? How about the fees involved with this process? I would greatly appreciate any guidance and feedback. Thank you!
