Hi all!

I am new to BP and have the basic membership. Working on creating an LLC to do some purchase/rehab/refi/rent properties. I am struggling with jumping right in on the cost for membership right away. Any insight on how the full membership has benefited you would be great!

Hi all! New to investing want to research areas but not sure the best way to do that. Where can I go to find out if an area is "up and coming" or a great "place to invest in rental property"? Also - I live just outside Philadelphia and feel really overwhelmed with the amount of areas I could really spend time picking through. How do you just pick one?
